Training Feed Risk Management Training for Compound Feed Manufacturers
Conducting a risk analysis or developing a control plan can be challenging for compound feed manufacturers. This training aims to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to independently establish, implement, and maintain a HACCP plan for their production process. The training combines theory, practical exercises, and a visit to your own factory.
Target Audience
This course is designed for quality managers and members of a HACCP or validation team. Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP+, and feed raw materials is recommended to fully benefit from this course. Due to the factory visit, the course is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. Level: bachelor level (HBO) / upper secondary education levels (MBO+).
Program
This training utilizes various case studies, (group) exercises, and realistic examples to help participants better understand the concepts and applications. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate as proof of attendance.
This training lasts a full day. The morning program covers the basics of HACCP, while the afternoon program focuses on in-depth analysis and practical examples in the compound feed factory.

Afternoon: In-depth HACCP and Factory Visit
- In-depth analysis of the morning program

- Creating flowcharts
- Decision tree and establishing CCPs and OPRP’s

- Viewing practical examples in the factory
Learning Objectives
- Establish and maintain a HACCP plan: By the end of the training, participants will be able to create and maintain an effective HACCP plan.
- Apply HACCP knowledge in their own factory: Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to directly apply the acquired knowledge and skills within their own factory environment to ensure and improve feed safety. This includes implementing HACCP principles and effectively managing feed safety risks in the daily practice of compound feed production and distribution.
