FSSC 22000 v5.1 to v6.0 Transition Training
FSSC 22000 is a food safety management system that is based on the ISO 22000 standard and is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). The certification scheme focuses on ensuring food safety within the food industry. It is based on HACCP according to Codex Alimentarius and the management principles according to ISO, together with additional requirements of FSSC.
In April 2023, FSSC 22000 published the latest version: v6.0. The first audits on version 6.0 will commence from April 2024. The transition period is 12 months, which means that all upgrade audits must be completed before 31 March 2025. This means that all certified companies will have to comply with the requirements of this new version by 31 March 2025. This training will help you make a smooth transition from your FSSC 22000 v5.1 system to v6.0.
